Rick Stewart has taken over 4 losing programs and led all of them to the playoffs. One school was forced to lift outside, another school lifted in a converted shower, the 3rd school lifted at 6am, and he is delegating the strength training to his Pennsylvania teams since he still lives in California
In this podcast, Stewart covers the sets-reps & all the exercises he does with his athletes during the spring in his weight training class on Mon, Tue, Thur, and Fri. He also talks about his nutrition, leadership, & study skills curriculum on Wednesdays. After Easter he transitions to speed, agility, and plyometrics.
