Part one The Schematics. This is a coaching session on how to teach pulling, a skill that involves running and blocking in football. You will learn why pulling is important, how to overcome common challenges, and how to instill confidence in your players.

You will also learn how to pull the way that we do. We’ve had to teach every player that we’ve ever had, and I’ve been running this offense for 26 seasons, so I know the importance of the pull.
